Tread Connection Shorewood (owner Brandon) gets my highest recommendation. I purchased tires from Tirerack and had them shipped to my home so I could check them out first. They were perfect with fresh manufactured date codes. Tread Connection mobile tire installation was one of Tirerack’s recommended installers for my zip code. I was not familiar with mobile tire installation but I was interested to try it. I did some research and Tread Connection (owner Brandon) received all perfect reviews and positive comments. I called Brandon, had a good conversation and booked an appointment. He provided pricing over the phone and followed up by email and text. The morning of the appointment Brandon was running a little late but he texted me well in advance and kept me informed. Brandon’s van was clean, well maintained and fully equipped. Installation was extremely professional and safe. Brandon used multiple jacks, stands and wheel chocks. Tires were mounted with no nicks on my wheels or lug nuts. Mounting surfaces were wire brushed clean. Lug nuts torqued to spec manually with a torque wrench. He spent the time to ensure tire balance was done properly; not just “close enough”

Brandon from Tread Connection was incredibly professional and organized. He sent the receipt ahead, called before leaving, knew the F82 torque specs and proper jack pads. Even though the balance on my winters was off slightly, fixed it and used a Hub cleaning brush before the install. As a fellow car enthusiast, he took his time and I’ll be using him for all my future wheel swaps.

I've been emailing Brandon back and forth for I believe over a year. Debating on tires, waiting for my current RFTs to run down and finally mount the powdercoated wheels I had, onto my car. After two Chicago winters with the OEM RFTs, I had enough of it and finally decided to get something with better grip, safety and overall ride quality. Price wasn't even an option. Tires are what keep you planted on the road. You want to go cheap? Safety comes first. I finally made up my mind with Brandon and decided to get these done and Brandon confirmed with me time and day, all was set. Showed up promptly, explained what he will do, asked a few questions about my vehicle, and I let him do his thing. Just under 2 hours later, he not only dismounted my old tires, transferred/reset the TPMS to the new wheels and mounted and balanced those to the fresh set of tires, but even spiffed it up with some tire shine. Advising that after 25-50 miles of driving to recheck lug nut torque is critical and I wasn't at all surprised that he mentioned this. Furthermore, he informed me with the wheel offset and width, that even with full lock, my setup should not rub. Talk about looking out for your client
